An addition to the existing residential nursing facility increased the number of beds by forty-one while providing additional service and treatment facilities. Exterior views, daylighting and artificial lighting were carefully considered to create a comfortable and safe environment for the sight impaired as well as ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
