Garden Street Redevelopment

The Garden Street development marks the successful resolution of a number of competing interests, including the owner, the neighborhood and the Cambridge Historical Commission. Three historic houses across from Cambridge Common were retrofitted for multifamily residential use while creating a concealed, landscaped and much needed parking area for the Sheraton Commander Hotel.
