This two story retail/office center occupies the site of a former service station. The continuity of the street has been reestablished by the scale and material of a sidewalk arcade, animated by floor to ceiling display windows. Second floor visibility is enhanced by over-sized dormers illuminated with clerestory light. An entry lobby, featuring a glass enclosed elevator, links the street with parking at the rear.
